Sara i René Viticultors - Partida Pedrer - 2021, DOQ Priorat

A full-bodied red wine from a joint project between Sara Pérez and René Barbier, whose silky tannins and complex aromas make this wine worth experiencing. The wine uses a little malolactic fermentation, which creates a personal nuance to the wine.

The full-bodied aroma features red berries, pomegranate and wine gum.
The taste clearly shows pomegranate, as well as the red fruits that have emerged in the aroma. In addition, the taste shows enterprise, as well as aromas brought by maturation.
