The new Gluten-Free Safely online course strengthens knowledge in the nutrition sector.

The clear and concise online course is tailored for catering professionals and companies in the industry. The content covers key information on the safe preparation and serving of gluten-free foods and pastries, as well as correct labelling. The course can be purchased by either a company or an individual. The course is always completed by an individual who, after passing the test, receives the Gluten-Free Safely passport. The course costs only 70 euros/person. Companies are included in the company list on the Coeliac Association's website and receive extensive visibility in the Coeliac Association's communication channels.

Company - tell your customers about your gluten-free expertise!
At least one employee must complete the course. The company receives visibility in the Coeliac Association's channels until the end of the calendar year. After this, the visibility fee is 50 euros per year.

Professional - with the passport you tell your employer about your expertise!
The course is completed independently by familiarizing yourself with the materials available online. The material can be studied in parts over a four-week period, with a total duration of approximately 8 hours. At the end of the course, a test with true/false statements is taken. After passing the test, you will receive a Gluten-Free Safely passport. If your employer paid for the course, your company will be added to the Finnish Celiac Association's company listing.
