Apetit is a Finnish food industry company that focuses on plant-based food products and is firmly rooted in Finnish primary production. Our main product groups are frozen vegetable products and frozen ready meals, vegetable oils and rapeseed expeller.
Apetit builds its operations around domestic raw materials and sustainable practices. In our opinion, responsibility should run through the entire operational value chain, from the well-being of the environment to human well-being.
A versatile range of vegetable- and fish-based patties and balls make daily operations easier for professional kitchens. Apetit's Säkylä factory has been gluten-free since the beginning of 2021, meaning that all products manufactured at the factory are perfect for those with celiac disease. At the newly renovated Apetit pizza factory in Pudasjärvi, we make delicious, sourdough-baked and stone-baked pizzas, with options available for professional kitchens as well.

Apetit Kasvisjauhis Hamburger Patty 4kg
A tasty and juicy pea protein-based patty, perfectly sized (100 g) for burgers. The patty contains rapeseed powder Apetit BlackGrain from Yellow Fields, which is an innovation by Apetit. The combination of rapeseed powder and pea protein enhances the flavor and texture of the plant-based patty. The mouthfeel and bite of the Kasvisjauhis Burger Patty feel like a meat-based patty, while its mild and pleasant taste makes it a good match with many different flavour combinations.
Apetit Texmex Vegetable filling 2,5kg
A hearty vegetarian filling with black beans, kidney beans, corn, and onion, packed with Tex-Mex flavors. Just add water according to the heating instructions. Use it as a filling for tortillas, tacos, or baked potatoes. It also works great in sauces and casseroles. You can also add for example minced meat if desired.
Apetit Perch Balls 4kg
Perch Fish Ball is a delicious fish ball made from perch and saithe. Dill enhances the flavor with a hint of freshness, while real butter and cream provide a smooth, balanced taste. The product meets the Heart Symbol criteria.
Apetit Small lentil vegetable patty 4kg
Small lentil-vegetable patty is a tasty combination of red lentils and colorful vegetables. The patty gets its flavor from herbs, tomato, and garlic.
Apetit Kotimainen Three Colour Carrots 1,5kg
A colorful mix of Finnish orange, yellow, and red carrots as slices. Suitable for roasting in the oven, air fryer, boiling, or microwave. Try, for example, as a side dish like roasted root vegetables, in hearty salads with oat grains and feta, as well as in soups and stews.
Kotimainen Pea Crush
Apetit wants to reduce wastage and improve the utilization of side streams generated in Säkylä. We already use the grits in our own products and they are paraboilled and frozen, just like other Apetit frozen vegetables. Versatile pea grits differ a lot from round peas and increase its usage possibilities. Pea groats can be used in e.g. vegetarian dishes, salads (heated), casseroles, soups, sauces or e.g. pastes (hummus) - With the help of pea groats, you can easily increase the amount of vegetable protein in meals.

100 % Finnish origin Apetit rapeseed oil is pressed and bottled of Finnish rapeseeds in Kirkkonummi. Apetit rapeseed oil has a mild and fine flavor. Suitable for all cooking, baking and deep frying. Contains naturally plenty of omega-3 fatty acid and E-vitamin.
Apetit Deep Frying Oil 10 L
Apetit Deep Frying Oil. Suitable for all kinds of frying, especially deep frying (170-180 °C). Recommended to store at room temperature in the dark. Overheated oil can catch fire. Extinguish the flame. Do not use water.

Apetit Rapeseed Oil is pressed and bottled in Kirkkonummi. Suitable for all cooking, baking, salad dressings and deep frying. Contains naturally plenty of omega-3 fatty acid and E-vitamin.
Apetit rape seed oil 8 L BiB
Apetit rapeseed oil is pressed from rapeseeds in Kirkkonummi. Apetit rapeseed oil is packed in a bag-in-box package which is ecological, hygienic and easy to use. Rapeseed oil is perfect for frying, deep frying, sauces, marinades and baking. Rapeseed oil is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin E.
