Unica
Unica products are designed to make everyday life in professional kitchens easier. They save you time without compromising the high quality of the products. The products are based on handmade, pre-baked artisan bread baked on a root, which is crispy on the top and fluffy on the inside after baking. The Unica range includes two pizza bases topped with tomato sauce and Fior di Latte mozzarella: a larger 28x38 cm pizza base and a smaller 10x18 cm pizza base cut into slices.
