In 2025, our selection was expanded with delicious and convenient new products that make the everyday life of professionals easier and offer taste experiences for all seasons.

In the spring, we launched the Unica product family's sourdough-baked pizza bases and sandwich breads, which save work steps without compromising on product quality. Spring's new products also include oval pita bread, smoked reindeer and feta spinach pie, gluten-free and vegan carrot cake, gluten-free sheet cake base and dark horizontal sliced ​​bread.

Autumn's new products include mini-sized petit fours, which are perfect for event and buffet serving, and a delicious carrot cinnamon bun. Our selection was also expanded with pre-sliced ​​ciabatta, seed bun and potato bun breads, as well as three gluten-free new products: ciabatta, carrot bun and caramel bun.

New products for spring 2026 include delicious cakes and pastries that will color the display cases, Polarbröd's new bread innovations, new breaded chicken products, and vegan and breaded Crunchi Sweet Potato Fries.
