Soft gluten-free, wheat-free, egg-free, dairy-free and vegan hamburger bun. This is a mature frozen product, ready to use after thawing. The hamburger bun is available in split and whole pieces. It will keep soft in a plastic bag for 3-4 days. It is also perfect as a filling bun, e.g. for a display case. The buns will be available at the fair, welcome to the stand!
ILONAn pitsapohja gluteeniton
The 30cm diameter pizza base is gluten-free, wheat-free, egg-free, dairy-free and vegan. 15-piece box as raw frozen. The base can be thawed before cooking. Store in the refrigerator at +4 degrees, covered with plastic, for 4-5 days. The base can also be filled and baked while frozen.

Gluten-free Aitoo potato rolls are baked at the Gluten-free bakery ILONA and wheat ones are baked at Penttilä Farm in Aitoo. These are baked in different sizes according to the customer needs.
