The Fredman XPP container is a premium, durable meal box designed for both hot and cold food applications. Made from 100% polypropylene (PP) monomaterial, it is fully recyclable through standard plastic collection systems. Elmu® Food Cover – For Fresh and Safe Food Storage With the Elmu® protective cover, food is kept fresh and protected. This food-grade cover is used to cover ready-made meals or buffet servings. It can be used in the fridge, freezer, and for hot filling and reheating. The cover is available in three different sizes suitable for professional kitchen GN containers. Fredman Carita® Cleaning Cloth
The wood‑fiber–based, FSC®‑certified Fredman Carita® wipe has now also been awarded the Allergy Label! Fredman’s Carita general‑purpose wipes are designed to meet the diverse needs of professional kitchens. The range includes four different wipes, each with its own strengths and ideal applications. Explore the options and choose the one that best fits your kitchen’s requirements. All Carita wipes are food‑contact approved, manufactured in Finland, FSC‑certified, and are the only Finnish fiber wipes to receive the Allergy Label granted by the Finnish Allergy, Skin and Asthma Federation. Fredman Carita® Original A versatile, all‑purpose wipe for daily cleaning and multiple tasks. In addition to viscose, Carita Original contains polyester, making it durable and highly effective at capturing dust. Fredman Carita® Light A lightweight, easy‑to‑handle wipe for smaller cleaning tasks in professional kitchens. Like the Original, Carita Light contains both viscose and polyester for durability and excellent dust‑binding properties. Fredman Heat seal bags and sealing device
Designed for take-out and showcase display products, Kroko will protect your foods and guarantee the best culinary experience for your customer. You can use the thin, see-through Kroko heat seal bags to pack freshly filled rolls, baguettes, pies, salads and convenience foods. This safe and good-looking packing alternative also facilitates taking products home for your customers. Packed foods stay fresh for longer, so you can schedule packing for a less hectic part of the day. That way you can focus on your customers during rush hours. The versatile Kroko bag is also fit for heating vitrine products. The packaged items are also microwaveable – just cut open one corner of the bag. Containers for take-away sandwiches, salads, lunches and baguettes made from environmentally friendly cardboard Our cardboard containers made of FSC® certified material are an excellent choice for take-out and vitrine products. Salads, wraps, sandwiches and baguettes look tempting in containers with see-through windows. Grease and moisture proof cardboard containers Our cardboard containers withstand moisture and grease thanks to their unique inner surface. The completely laminated and seamless interior makes the containers more durable. Thanks to the lamination, the containers are more airtight, which helps the foodstuffs keep for longer. We also provide containers with biodegradeable laminate. We offer both windowed and windowless containers. Containers can be closed either by hand or by machine. Machine sealing saves time and provides maximum airtightness. We can also manufacture cardboard containers with a print of your choice. Fredman's FSC® certified paper take-away bags for packaging and storing food are perfect tools valued by a Finnish kitchen professional. Fredman foil
Fredman foil protects the best flavors both during food preparation and storage. It withstands heat, moisture, and freezing temperatures excellently. You can use it in the oven, grill, cold storage, refrigerator, and freezer. The Styrofoam packaging protects the product during transport and features a unique cutting blade for dispensing the right amounts. The packaging also shields the foil from sunlight and keeps the product hygienic, ensuring you use the entire roll without waste. Fredman foil has been awarded the Key Flag symbol, indicating it is made in Finland.
Fredman Elmu® cling film
Elmu® cling film protects the best flavors with its airtight and self-adhesive properties. It clings tightly and stays in place around the edges of containers. You can also use Elmu® cling film in cooking and baking, as it is suitable for contact with moist, acidic, and fatty foods. It is effective for cooling, freezing, and heating food. The safe heating temperature is up to 70°C for 2 hours or 100°C for 15 minutes. The packaging protects the product during transport and features a unique blade for dispensing the right amounts. The Styrofoam packaging shields Elmu® cling film from sunlight and keeps the product hygienic, ensuring you use the entire roll without waste. Elmu® cling film has been awarded the Key Flag symbol, indicating it is made in Finland.
