Munax Oy is a food company which takes environmental issues into account and operates responsibly. We have taken egg product development to a new level. We make products in Finland, from eggs from Finnish family farms. Our eggs and egg products can be found in retail, Food Service and industrial. Our products are manufactured for both domestic and export markets. We employ approximately 120 employees and our turnover in 2023 was approximately 58 M€.

Bakery situated in Tampere, Finland. We produce wonderful just-to-thaw sweet and savoury bakeware. We import products that complement our own selection.

Finnish tea from a Finnish family The Finnish Nordqvist tea house has been conducting business for four decades now. The company started out as a retail shop in 1979, when a shop specialising in flavoured tea blends and selling loose tea was still a novelty in Finland. The tea shops in the centre of Helsinki offered consumers a broad selection of flavoured and unflavoured teas, imported by the company. The new shop concept and tea varieties were received with enthusiasm by consumers. Word soon spread, and retailers around Finland turned to Nordqvist for their tea purchases. This was the beginning of the Nordqvist tea import and wholesale business. Today, our Finnish family business and tea factory is located in Ilvesvuori, Nurmijärvi. About 30 people are employed in the import, sales and processing of our teas. Nordqvist sells tea in Finland, United Kingdom and the Baltic countries. Our tea is also available on more distant markets, such as Japan. Our primary goals have remained unchanged since the founding of the business: selling high-quality, delicious and responsible tea. We at Nordqvist remain committed to these goals. Drinking tea must be a pleasure. At Nordqvist, we pay particular attention to the safety of tea. Our company holds the FSSC 22000 food safety certificate. We invest heavily in the quality of our tea and its packaging, as well as in our production processes. We monitor product safety on a daily basis and seek to achieve constant improvement. We observe the principle of constant improvement with regard to product quality and safety.

Pitala Oy is a company founded in December 2024, continuing the story of the pita bakery located in Jokioinen. In addition to the entrepreneurs, the bakery employs five skilled pita bread experts. Our bakery has been producing traditional pita bread for 20 years. Our pita bread is leavened twice during production, ensuring the formation of a proper air pocket, making it easy to fill. A unique production method, finely tuned recipes, and high-quality domestic ingredients give our pita bread both a delicious taste and an appealing appearance. High-quality, locally made, and flavorful pita bread is our joy and pride!
