Innovation Awards is a competition that highlights the most innovative product launches in the restaurant industry. The competition is divided into four categories: most innovative beverage product, future food product, most innovative solution for the HoReCa and service sectors, and sustainability innovation. Visitors also had the opportunity to vote for their favorite among the category finalists.
Every FFCR exhibitor can nominate their innovative product or service for the Innovation Awards competition. The jury selects the finalists and winners from the nominated innovations. To ensure that the best innovations are recognised, FFCR has assembled an expert jury with a strong passion for advancing the industry. The jury evaluates the products based on criteria such as creativity, sustainability, and ease of use.
