Welcome to the Aromi trade fair booth to meet top professionals in the restaurant industry and hear exciting talks on the hottest topics in the field. At the same time, you can take part in a raffle and win tickets to next year’s PRO Gala.
Aromi, the magazine for food and beverage professionals, will be present at the FFCR fair on 19–20 March at the Helsinki Messukeskus. Our booth will host top restaurant industry professionals on both fair days, discussing the most current topics in the field.
On Wednesday 19 March, guests at our stand will include chef and restaurateur Pekka Terävä, Kalle Tanner (judge of the Chef of the Year and Waiter of the Year competitions), and Markku Ojala (judge of the PRO competition). Together they will discuss how to bring more positive attention to the restaurant industry.
On Thursday 20 March, we will discuss the importance of service culture with Noora Luojus, winner of PRO 2023, and Saara Alander, chair of the Finnish Waiters’ Association. Personal branding and the impact of competition success on career development will be discussed by Simo Harrivaara, Chef of the Year 2024, and Lauri Kaivoluoto, entrepreneur and recent PRO award winner.
We will also be raffling tickets to next year’s PRO Gala at our booth. Take part in the draw at Aromi stand 1B16.
