Made from hand-picked French cider apples - no added sugar or water (100% pur jus)!

The cider has a fresh floral scent, including the aroma of baked apples. A fresh apple flavor with hints of cinnamon, mild spice and raisins.

Galipette 0% cider is made from sweet and crisp apple varieties that have grown in centuries-old Normand Brittany apple orchards, from which they have been hand-picked. Once the apple juice has been separated from the apple pulp, the liquid is only allowed a short fermentation, which is interrupted by precise temperature control, thus preventing the sugar from turning into alcohol. The end result is 100% pur jus - a cider made from one hundred percent apples, to which nothing has been added or taken away. It just has no alcohol.

Enjoy well chilled as is or with ice. Also great with blue cheese and ricotta and spinach ravioli.
