Filos Hearty Salads – Mediterranean Flavors at FFCR 2026

Welcome to our booth 5e19 to enjoy fresh, hearty salads crafted from the gems of our product range. Inspired by Mediterranean tastes, fresh herbs, and high-quality ingredients – all combined into a healthy and delicious experience.
At the fair, we’ll be serving:
• Potato & Bean Salad – almond potatoes, Kalamata olives, vinaigrette beans, sun-dried and fresh tomatoes, spring onions, flat-leaf parsley, and dill. With or without feta cheese, this salad is both nourishing and satisfying.
• Bean Slaw – a refreshing cabbage-carrot mix combined with vinaigrette beans, dill, parsley, and spring onions. A tasty side dish.
• Orzo Pasta Salad with Chicken – versatile grain pasta complemented by the sweetness of pineapple and the tenderness of chicken. A dash of pepperoncino adds character to this salad.
• Bulgur & Quinoa Salad – bulgur and quinoa from the same pack. Easy and quick to cook. For a filling and flavorful salad, add kale, carrot sticks, flat-leaf parsley, and grilled halloumi.
In addition, at our booth you can taste Cypriot Anari ricotta cheese served with fresh berries and a fruity balsamic glaze – a perfect combination of sweet and savory.
You can also explore jams made by our subsidiary: jalapeño, chili-pepper, and pineapple-chili – delicious accompaniments for halloumi fries or burgers, salads, burritos, and tacos.
