St. Dalfour adds a touch of genuine French elegance and flavour to baked goods. 500 g jars are perfect for pastries and 28 g mini jars are the ideal add-on product to serve, for example, alongside croissants.

The story of St. Dalfour fruit spreads dates back to 20th-century France, in the heart of the vineyards of Aquitaine. At that time, it was common to use grape juice instead of sugar to sweeten fruit spreads, and St. Dalfour continues this tradition today. Nowadays, the company’s products are made in Marmande, France, a region known for its exceptionally high-quality fruit.

A large proportion of the fruit and berries used in the fruit spreads are sourced from local farmers, and the fruit spreads are made in small batches, honoring tradition. This ensures that the natural flavor and texture of the fruit are preserved, without artificial additives, cane sugar or preservatives
