Health and safety

Your safety and health are among the most important aspects of our event, and due to the current global situation, we are focusing on them more than ever. We are doing everything we can to ensure the highest level of hygiene at our event so that you can participate with peace of mind.

We are closely following the guidelines of the Finnish government and health authorities. We will provide updates on any necessary measures closer to the event if the latest guidelines require action.

AT THE EVENT

Is there a cloakroom?

A guarded cloakroom is available at the entrance.

Where can I park?

There is a big parking hall for visitors – check more information and pricing here.

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the event (except for guide dogs.

Are there dining options available?

The venue has a café and a restaurant.

Can students or private individuals participate in the event, or is it only intended for businesses and professionals?

FFCR is a professional industry event and open only to representatives of business and the public sector. An ID and organization details may be required upon entry. The age limit is 18 years. Unfortunately, we cannot allow entry to children, students, or private individuals. Strollers and large suitcases are not permitted in the exhibition hall.

PROGRAM

Do I need to reserve a spot in order to participate?

You don’t need reservations – when you register as a visitor, you will receive a digital entry ticket with a QR code sent to the email address you provided on the registration form. When you arrive at the fair, you can freely choose which program content you want to follow.

Please note that you must be registered as a visitor and have received an entry ticket in order to participate in the event. The entry ticket is free for everyone working in the industry.

TICKETS AND INFORMATION

I accidentally registered with the wrong information, what should I do?

If you have provided incorrect information, you can register as a visitor with the correct information or contact us.

I can’t find my ticket, what should I do?

our ticket will be sent to your email upon reservation, look for the email address noreply@ndc.easyfairs.com.

If you still can’t find your ticket, you can contact us.

Can I forward my ticket?

The ticket cannot be transferred to another person because it is personal. However, it is possible to invite colleagues from the industry free of charge. When they register as visitors, they will receive their own personal ticket.
