About us
Our Finnish family business is an important part of the everyday life of professional kitchens. We produce modern food in Turku and Tallinn. Our brands are Jalostaja, Auran, Chef Lundén and Chef Lundén Pro. We are a nimble and long-term partner, with whom the recipe for success is developed together.
In Turku, we produce both our own brand products and products with our customers' own brands, both for retail and Food Service customers. In Turku, we produce soups, mustards, mayonnaise, salads and triangle sandwiches.
At our fresh food factory in Tallinn, we produce both fresh and frozen products. Our range includes oven dishes, sauces, soups and take away products, from loaves, wraps, sushi and salads to fresh pizzas. Over the years, the range has expanded to cover the needs of professional kitchens in a versatile way.

Mayonnaise and sauces from Auran
Auran’s mayonnaises, produced in Finland, are versatile and delicious products for use in Food Service kitchens. We have developed together with Pekka Terävä a full-bodied mayonnaise 80%, vegan mayonnaise and hollandaise sauce under the name Auran X Pekka Terävä. The full-bodied, bucket-packed sauces are suitable for versatile cooking.
Chef Lundén filled breads and wraps
Chef Lundén's product range includes filled breads and delicious wraps. We produce all our products by hand in our Estonian factory and also make customized products for customers.

Chef Lundén Pro's versatile product range includes deliciously prepared frozen and fresh products like pancakes, cabbage rolls, soup bases etc. The products are always prepared with taste, ease of use and nutritional content in mind with the best ingredients.
