About us
Ice cream, that has a story - high-quality cream and soft ice creams made by hand from Finnish organic milk, as well as naturally vegan, high-quality sorbets, with pure, natural flavors. We have clear principles - if something is worth doing, it's worth doing well and properly from start to finish.
The recipes of our Cordon Bleu-awarded chef and entrepreneur Minna Kaasalainen are versatile. We bring both traditional and innovative flavor landscapes to life in no time. However, we believe that simple is always beautiful, which is why we do not use any coloring or flavorings in our products. All of our products are completely nut-free and gluten-free, so that as many people as possible can enjoy Finnish ice cream.
We make our ice creams for store shelves and restaurant menus, and we are always happy to share our expertise with others - come and create your very own ice cream with us, custom-made to your needs, from design to delivery!
