We reserve the right to decide what is ultimately published in the event’s channels.

MyEasyfairs -portal
In our exhibitor portal MyEasyfairs, you can upload your company information, logo, and contact details, as well as register your stand staff.
Through MyEasyfairs, you can also:
- invite your customers using your personal link
- register stand staff
- create login access for your colleagues so they can also edit the information
- view which EasyGo package you have booked
Register stand personal
You register your stand staff yourself via the MyEasyfairs portal. All staff must be registered before arriving at the exhibition. Here’s how to do it:
- Log in to MyEasyfairs using the credentials you received when booking your stand. If needed, click “Forgot password” to reset your login.
- Select the event you are exhibiting at.
- Go to “Prepare your stand” (step 2 on your timeline) and select “Register my stand staff”. You will be redirected to a new portal. Choose “Personnel” from the menu on the left.
- Click “Add new” and enter the staff details.
- Finally, you can save the registrations or send them directly to your staff using the buttons in the top left corner.

Visit Connect gives you a powerful tool to turn meetings into business opportunities. By scanning visitors’ Smart Badge QR code, you can collect valuable information directly on your mobile device.
No lost business cards or complicated lists — just clear, actionable leads that are easy to revisit and follow up on after the fair.

SMART BADGE
As an exhibitor, you will receive a reader during build-up, which will be installed on your stand to enhance the visitor experience. The device is a wireless sensor placed at your stand.
When a visitor taps the reader with their Smart Badge, all company information you have shared in MyEasyfairs is automatically collected. The data is compiled and sent to you in a summary email at the end of each exhibition day.
