General

The next FFCR Helsinki will be held on January 13–14, 2027, at the Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre in halls 1, 2, and 3.

FFCR Helsinki is a B2B event in the HoReCa sector for professionals in the restaurant, café, catering, and hospitality industries.

Due to the safety requirements and the nature of the event, the event is not suitable for children. The only exceptions are infants held in arms or children carried in a baby carrier.

Registering

Visitor registration is free of charge for all professionals in the HoReCa industry.

Visitor registration opens approximately 4 months before the event.

Those who register early can use the event app, schedule meetings in advance, and be among the first to follow program announcements.

Yes. Registration entitles you to attend both event days.

Event app and networking

Yes. The FFCR Helsinki app helps you plan your visit, find exhibitors, follow the program, and schedule meetings. Your admission ticket is also conveniently stored in the app.

Through the app, you can find interesting contacts and arrange meetings with exhibitors and other industry professionals already before the event.

You will receive an activation code for the app upon registration.

Practical information

The program will be published gradually on our website as the event approaches, as well as in the event app.

The Messukeskus offers cloakroom service at the entrances. The service costs €5 at trade events. In addition to coats, you can also leave bags at the cloakroom.

Access to the paid parking garage is via Ratapihantie. Address for navigation: Ratapihantie 17, Helsinki.

We are a "smart event"

All visitors receive a name badge at the event with a built-in chip that can be scanned at exhibitors’ stands. This allows you to instantly receive information about companies you are interested in with a single tap. There is no longer a need for stacks of business cards, as all details are exchanged automatically, and you will receive an email with a list of all the companies and their contact details that you showed interest in at the event.
