Auran’s mayonnaises, produced in Finland, are versatile and delicious products for use in Food Service kitchens. As new products, we have developed together with Pekka Terävä a full-bodied mayonnaise 80%, vegan mayonnaise and hollandaise sauce under the name Auran X Pekka Terävä. The full-bodied, bucket-packed sauces are suitable for versatile cooking. In addition, you can find our food service products in many salad bars.
