Ever since Jan Boone senior founded Lotus Bakeries in 1932, the Lotus brand has been inextricably linked with original caramelised cookies: a thoroughly Belgian product which thanks its typical taste to the caramelisation during the baking process. The unique recipe was brought to perfection with carefully selected natural ingredients. Today, Lotus Bakeries is still family-owned and based in its home town. And from there, the tasteful cookie continues to conquer the world.
