Kukko Challenger Ale is a filtered and top-fermented full-malt beer with a golden red colour. The British Challenger hops used in brewing this beer give it a hint of spice and aromas of herbs and green tea. The malty base has a nutty sweetness that goes well with the fruity character derived from top fermentation.
Recommended food pairings: Chicken and fish, mild and soft cheese, creamy vegetarian dishes and soups, apple pie.
