Jeemly Easy Order makes kitchen operations easier. Self-service cash registers are becoming more common and speeding up the service. The customer’s waiting time is shortened and the employees’ resources can be used more efficiently.

The starting point for the management of changing selections and the efficient use of campaigns is one system where information is maintained. A payment card terminal is used as a payment method in self-service, and a receipt is printed for each purchase or sent to an e-mail.

Everything starts when the customer orders a food portion from the self-service cash register or the normal cash register. At the end of the payment transaction, the cash register prints a receipt containing the order number and a QR code. With the help of a QR code, the customer can monitor the preparation of his portion in real time.

The phone works as the customer’s paging device, and no separate paging devices or systems are needed. The phone automatically selects the customer’s dose for monitoring and marks it as active in green. The service also informs the customer of the expected completion time of the portion. If the customer has ordered several portions, it is possible to mark several order numbers as active. The phone notifies you when the portion is ready with a vibration alarm and by moving the order to the list of ready orders in the service.
