With the Metos Ready Chef ice cream machine, you can prepare ice cream, yogurt, desserts and sweet sauces – all with the same device!

The ice cream machine is versatile in terms of functions, as it has 32 complete ice cream and dessert programs for preparing many specialties, even for tempering chocolate. The capacity of the device depends on the product being manufactured. When making ice cream, the minimum capacity is three kilos, the maximum is 5.5 kilos of ice cream per cycle.

If the temperature of the products to be manufactured exceeds 52°C, the background color of the LCD screen changes to red, reminding the user of the safe handling of hot products.
