With the help of the label, the cafe or restaurant can easily inform the customer about the availability of gluten-free dishes, and the customer can trust the company’s gluten-free expertise.
Not all products in a restaurant or cafe have to be gluten-free. The most important thing is that the company manages gluten-free issues such as contamination risks.
