The pre-cut 45 g PREMIUM burger bun is approximately 8.6 cm in diameter. The bun is sold in batches of 60 (3 bags of 20 buns). The firmness of the dough ensures a good and durable structure, so that it does not fall apart when served. The burger buns are frozen fresh from the oven and can be kept defrosted at room temperature in their own packaging for up to 7 days, making them easy to manage in terms of storage and maintenance. The bakery does not handle milk, nuts or sesame.
