Our own picking organization guarantees products of good quality and reliable availability. Most of our pickers come from Thailand. Arctic International Oy has been implementing a self-regulation mechanism with Thai pickers for several years. The self-regulatory mechanism consists of principles that companies that invite wild berry pickers undertake to follow. For example, the company advises pickers on general rules and tells them about berry harvest forecasts, picking areas and earning potential. Arctic International Oy trains all its pickers in Thailand before departure and provides the pickers with sufficient information for the trip to Finland.
Our own logistics guarantees fast enough transportation of the berries for freezing, so our quality remains good. We deliver berries and mushrooms from 200 gram bags to 500 kilogram containers. We have fresh products, frozen and dry products. We are known to be a flexible operator and you can get products from us according to the needs of our customers. We make customized solutions for the needs of both industry and daily trade.
