Our Finnish family business is an important part of the everyday life of professional kitchens. We produce modern food in Turku and Tallinn. Our brands are Jalostaja, Auran, Chef Lundén and Chef Lundén Pro. We are a nimble and long-term partner, with whom the recipe for success is developed together.
In Turku, we produce both our own brand products and products with our customers’ own brands, both for retail and Food Service customers. In Turku, we produce soups, mustards, mayonnaise, salads and triangle sandwiches.
At our fresh food factory in Tallinn, we produce both fresh and frozen products. Our range includes oven dishes, sauces, soups and take away products, from loaves, wraps, sushi and salads to fresh pizzas. Over the years, the range has expanded to cover the needs of professional kitchens in a versatile way.
